CHANGE NUMBER 1
To identify and designate all property owned by the HBPOA in the Holiday Beach Subdivision as common areas and designate
them as parks for the purpose of maintenance and approval. To allow the HBPOA to designate appropriate
uses. To require a simple majority approval of the property owners prior to selling, and if sold will revert
to being single family lots. To become effective January 1, 2009.

To change the Annual Maintenance Assessment (AMA) from $10.00 per year per lot to $35.00 per year per lot, with a moratorium
of no increase for five years. To change the billing from the anniversary of the purchase of the property
to a more convenient manner. To become effective January 1, 2009.

To approve a general improvement assessment of $100.00 for all property owners
in
the Holiday Beach Subdivision as of January 1, 2009, and to assess all new property owners $100.00 in the Subdivision at the
time of purchase. A property owner will pay this $100.00 only once as long as they are property owners.
To become effective January 1, 2009.
