The Special Meeting was called to order by President Bill Schmidt at 6:30 pm on February 26 with 13 members
present.
Present: Bill Schmidt, Jim Collins, Walt Parker, Charles Finegan, Sharon Walker, Walt Magness, Billy
Burke, Tom Aldridge, Ann Bagley, Rooster Bassett, John Sander, Randy Phipps, and Julia Finegan.
Parliamentarian Walt Parker established there was a quorum and the meeting had been properly called.
The meeting was recessed to executive session at 6:33 pm to discuss legal matters involving Coastal Shoring Lawsuit
concerning the Boat Ramps.
The special meeting reconvened at 7:10 pm. No action required.
Jim Collins made a motion to adjourn. Tom Aldridge seconded the motion - motion carries.
The meeting adjourned at 7:12 pm.
